Have any of you found that you still have a deep fondness for many of our R&S friends, even though you may be at complete opposite ends of the "belief spectrum"?
I know I have!
Your thoughts?

Small but fierce
I know what you mean, honey. I not talking about those who mock; I totally agree with you on that. I'm talking about those who, every now and then, regardless of belief, make you smile!

I really appreciate your comment. There is an excellence of character that thinks well of one's opponents.
I cannot say I have a deep fondness for everyone but I do love everyone with the love of Christ.
By this I mean, the kind of love that Christ makes it possible for each Christian to have for their fellow man.
This love is a principle. It does good and nothing but good.
It places the most favorable construction on the motives and acts of others.

I enjoy a lot of the answers that are respectfully submitted, even if I think they are blind to spiritual truths. I'm sure many think the same of me. I also find many opposing positions stated in such a witty and humorful manner, I admit I enjoy them. I get hurt at some of the insults, but then remember, they are probably children or people who just want attention. I am glad that there is a diverse opinion pool here.

I don't think I'd call it a deep fondness, but there are those whom I enjoy seeing post, and which usually have something relatively intelligent to say.

Someone has a crush!
I think Mature Atheists, liberal Christians are the coolest here. I mean people who don't post questions that have no sense, only people who post questions from their hearts (with a sense of humor)
Well, our community would be much better off without Christians, or even Atheists like "Small but Fierce"

Yes, most definitely.
BTW, You are OK in my book simply because you live in my favorite city. I used to live down by McGill on du Parc. I miss it there and every time I see you here on Y!A I think about my favorite place.
