Does anyone know where i can find some cute shirts for my very large (140lb) Rottie? Everything i see is too small, even considering the stretch factor! It seems that this market is solely for small dogs!

As for the question, check online. I agree it is hard to find stuff for large dogs like that, little dogs arent the only ones who should get to be dressed up lol. My rottie, for halloween wore kids dress up clothes so thats usually the route i go. I did find a large coat for her for winter though at Petsmart that was actually girly, which was amazing in itself. She loves dressing up, she loves the attention from people and the pampering. Definently look online for stuff (most sites have the measuring guides) or use actual human clothes, converted to be used for a dog (which is also usually the cheaper route). :)

It mostly is!
I had a big dobe that couldn't take extreme cold and it gets zero and below here in the winter. I bought human sweatshirts, used the front for the top, and cut a triangle out of the back, large end at the bottom of the shirt, and sewed the raw edges together. I did the same thing a couple of times and put velcro on the raw edges and this worked best of all--less stretching to get it over the dog's head. I shortened and narrowed the sleves as well. It didn't look bad considering that it was such a throwtogether affair. If you know someone who sews they could probably do this for you.

a real quick fix, 'til you get specialty stuff: take a shirt, I preffer polos, cut the bellie out in an upside down u shape to keep from walking on it or dragging. Males won't pee on it and it covers their back sides and chest without getting filthy (minus playing around)

Look on line!! I have a king Rott and he weights about 165!! I find stuff on line all the time!! Search under clothes for LARGE breed dogs

I ran into the same problems while looking for a rain coat and boots for my 120 lb. mix breed! I finally did find shirts and apparel for this large of a breed here:

Despite of naked dogs,NO dog is supposed to wear clothes.It´s a
cruelty to animals and against their nature!

you shouldnt evan buy a shirt for your rotti that is rude and humiliating for instance if your mom or dad or anybody for that matter took all of your clothes of and made you walk around naked that would embaress u right well that is how your rotti will feel!!!!!!
