I've had the problem for years and years. I've tried every shampoo and conditioner out there except for Nizoral (which I have been testing for two weeks now with no results except for lessened itching). I've tried yogurt. I've tried apple cider vinegar. Nothing.

It's been an extremely embarrassing problem...the source of lots of self-esteem issues. It was gone during last summer for the first time in my life (I have no idea why) but it came back this winter.

I wash my hair every other day, and the hair itself is quite healthy (shiny and soft with no split ends), it's just the scalp that has problems. I don't know what else to do...

I would suggest a shampoo with tea tree oil,it works great in relieving all sorts of scalp conditions.Go to your local health food store or depending on where you live you may have to purchase tea tree oil on line. You can buy the oil and add it to your existing shampoo or you can purchase the shampoo with tea tree oil already added. It is a miracle cure for scalp conditions and I highly recommend it.
