absolutely not, they help clean your hair :D
I've heard about some shampoos that worked on that though (in France)...
Warm weather helps though... cause by increasing the temperature of the body, hair (as well as nails and hairs... awww) do grow more quickly

No. You hair is essentially a collection of dead cells... using shampoo and conditioner changes the look and feel of your hair, but it can't make it grow faster. Beware... when companies talk about the vitamins in their hair products, know that it's just a gimmick and doesn't do anything.
However, eating healthy, getting enough sleep, and being less stressed will help. :)

Some can keep your hair moisturized to help with breakage of dry hair. Some can help your hair look fuller. None will make your hair grow.

No they don't they help clean your hair, to make your hair grow you need some hair moisturizer that you put in your hair everyday. Their are a lot of moisturizer, I use Indian oils in my hair (olive oil) it helps my hair to grow longer, shine, thick, and nourishes my hair.
