how can u recharge a lithium battery just the battery not a camra or anything?

like any home remidies or tweaks to add charge

If you are talking about coin sized lithium batteries NO!!! don't do it, they will explode. If you are talking Lithium Ion re-chargeables or lithium polymer rechargeables then there are chargers out there specifically for them.

buy a suitable charger for your battery. You can also "shock" your battery if you have a converter charger or use a battery rejuvenator which you can buy at electronics shops
