Be honest with your bf and tell him how you feel If he confesses then definitely go for the new guy the best way to get answers from a boy is to confront them he may not realize hes doing it

Dump the BF & go w/the other guy.
What's the point really if the BF isn't paying attention to you!

Tell him that u found someone else. Since he doesn't care it won't be that big of a deal. If he does care and gets mad use this as an advantage.

don't dump your man, but try talking to the new guy on the side. See if you two are compatable, and let your boyfriend know you have other prospects and if he still doesn't shape up talk to him, and if that doesn't work go for the new guy.

You should just break up with him. you already know that. hang out with the new boy. make sure he is good for you. If that don't work out there are plenty of guys out there. don't settle.
