Exfoliate with St Ives scrub and with cold water would be good for your skn. I am sure there are lots of other things you can do but this will be nice.

Glad someone else uses the time after steaming to look after their skin!

Make sure your skin isn't too stressed from the heat first.

I use Kaolin mud cleansing bar or mask after a steam - my skin's mostly greasy. It exfoliates lightly and cleanses well. Otherwise I use another cleanser and then exfoliate as lightly as I can: I don't like to stress my skin, after it's been in heat.

I'm male, so don't need to remove makeup, so you may need extra cleansing for that, if female. Do that before exfoliation.

I rinse with water, moving from warm down to cool - I don't shock my skin with cold water, after all the heat.

I then wait until my skin has cooled and apply a light moisturiser. My skin is normally thirsty at this point, and needs nourishment. I also use
Lancome High Resolution with Collaser for skin around my eyes.

Good luck! Rob

when you buy your beauty products get ones for combination skin after you have been in the steam room let the skin cool for 2 Min's then use a cleanser in upward movements from neck to hair line remove that with cold water that also works as a toner so you don't need to use a separate toner then put on a good combination moisturiser in small circular motion working again up to hair line from the neck

You should use a mask to exfoliate but it should be one with nothing abrasive (it will be to harsh for your skin) then take that off and put on a good moisturizer.
