apologize. and don't do things that are illegal. your appointment is an appointment, and any appointment with a parole officer should be the most important thing on your list. there was NO excuse for being late, and that's probably the way he looks at it too.
most of the time, a second offense when on parole does mean more jail time. it revokes your parole. nice job....... and thanks for putting people's lifes in danger by driving drunk.....

Your complaint is what?
You were late for an extremely important meeting that you obviously didn't think was important enough to be on time to.
You got a DUI while on parole.
Its obvious that you are a selfish person who only thinks of himself. That is the hallmark of most criminals. Perhaps your PO sees this attitude in you and that's why he feels that prison is the place for you. As a parolee, you are given a chance to redeem yourself. A DUI is not overly redeeming. If you don't want to play by society's rules then you shouldn't be surprised by the consequences. If you feel that you are getting a bad shake then tell it to the judge. Tell it to him straight (but with respect and no foul language) and be prepared to admit having screwed up. If your PO is telling lies about you then prove it. If you can't disprove it then either you're not admitting what is actually true or you need to work harder to disprove it. Remember these guys are experts at smelling the BS so you had better mean it. If you get this extra chance and then blow this too then the PO, the judge and society will expect you to go to prison. People are getting tired of scofflaws and tolerance is fading more and more. Don't expect a lot of sympathy except from others that don't care. Sounds like you need a lawyer, dude. Those guys speak their language.

this is plenty extra advantageous to have her off the line so as that she isn't in possibility of wounding herself or somebody else together as using meth. The parole officer is doing his activity. i'm useful that as quickly as she is going earlier a court docket and/or the parole board she would be able to be ordered right into a drug medical care facility. She is extra possibly to stay in medical care if there's a court docket order putting her there. that is not likely she could admit herself and stay long sufficient to be helped. The parole board could additionally order her into medical care and and could proceed to verify on her progression together as she's there. that is somewhat the suited thank you to choose for her spectacular now.

i will be sharing a cell with ya buddy. i find out this friday whether i have a valentine's day and a future with someone special or not. the one thing i have learned, regarding credibility is this - when u make a statement you must be able to back it up - and i have and i will. frankly, its an easy decision and one that is already being made for you - its out of yer hands. i will know without doubt which path my life takes this friday - there is really is no pressure either way for me or her - its simply yes we get marry and live forever or we end things and not look back. when someone decides they would rather have you in prison than in their arms - that's a pretty clear indictor of what they want and how they see you. i am totally relaxed and ready for either decision. see, i called someone i was not supposed to because i love them and want to marry and support their dreams and passions - what response i get to that will be truly revealed this friday. hey, that's life baby. sh-t happens everyday, you just gotta roll with the punches and don't bend over to much when they do a anal search for drugs - lol.

They are in fact violations and do not say your PO has it out for you. They say that well, you violated the terms of your probation. He has a job and a duty to do and it sounds like he is doing it. One slip up is one thing, But your question states 2 violations and makes it sound like there are in fact others.

you should end up in prision for dui. people like you are a threat to the rest of us; you ought to thank god you didn't end up killing anyone. If jail was so bad then why did you get a dui after getting out? Unless you can prove he has it out for you, you're screwed. DON'T DROP THE SOAP :)

If you're on parole and still committing crimes, you belong in jail.
