when i was younger i used to wear my hair in a pony tail at night cause i was told the light pulling would make my hair grow.
although, it can pull your hair back and make your forehead longer too. i swear. hahah

I have done hair now for 25 years so trust me when I say nothing on the market can make your hair grow fast..Some of the items mentioned here,(plus vitamin E) can aid in your hair health & condition but not a growing factor..The only thing that can truly come close is scalp massaging..hair grows due to blood flow to the roots, therefore stimulating the hair at the scalp
can aid in potiential growth...The speed in which hair grows differs for everyone, faithful scalp massaging every night for 6 months should show you some noticable growth..

As the other answers say you can take vitamins. You can get them at GNC stores. Buy the ones for healthy hair and nails. Also you can use a hair fertilizer. I've been using the VIRGIN HAIR FERTILIZER for over 5 months now because my hair was fallling and I notice a big improvement. It's growing stronger and healthier. You can get it at any beauty store. I hope everything work out well

Well, are you a girl? My mom puts TOMATO on my hair. Yes, TOMATO. Or avocado. It really helps. My hair didn't just get long but my hair is now thick! Good luck!
