Okay, so there's a sidewalk around my school, now if I was across the street on a sidewalk that is in noway connected to the school and is the opening to these houses, is that school property? I'm 'suspended' from school for 18 weeks but i walk to the school daily to see my friends but I never cross that street and the same day I got the suspension, I also got a ticket for tresspassing because the fa.g guy dean called the cops as a retaliation to my 'offending' comment I made...
So please tell me if this is part of school property?? And if the administrators and dean sees me across the street can they do anything?? I'm leaving in an hour so please help me out here 10 points.

You're suspended for 18 weeks from school and your parents let you out of the house? That's whats wrong with parenting today. You would not only be grounded but my slave for a year. My son knows this, maybe that's why he would never behave in a way that would get him suspended from school for even a day.

Are you still whining about this crap? Ok the sidewalk across the street is not school property but you are currently NOT a student at the school and it is AGAINST THE LAW to stand ANYWHERE outside the school and harass school officials. I would be willing to bet that the school you have been "referred" to for the next 18 (by the way that takes you right into June sweets) is a continuation school...in other words you HAVE been expelled from the public highschool and will be attending the continuation school for the rest of the year and probably the rest of your highschool "career". If the dean sees you across the street from the school the dean CAN have you arrested. You have no business being there, you do not get to visit your friends who are in school. If being with your friends was so damned important you wouldn't have done what you did to get yourself expelled...and YOU dear child don't have to see ANY paperwork. THAT stuff goes to your parents, THEY are the ones who sign the papers not YOU...

Well when I was in school we had the same thing like your school set up and it was considered school property even though it was in no way connected to the school. And yes since you are suspended from school anybody that sees you on or near the school can call the cops and get you for tresspassing.
If you question it I would contact your local non-emergency police department and ask them the rules on that kind of stuff.
Good luck

Some one somewhere is neglecting their duty. I suspect it is your family/parent/s. For a boy/girl (you sound like a lad) to get 4 months away from school suspension, you must have done something worse than the 'offending' comment you made later on. You did a bad thing, and got caught and now you must respect the consequences of that action.
You attitude that it is a vacation smacks of serious attitude problems.
Hope that those in charge of you, including the school admin and the cops, get through to your head that learning is your ticket out of the 'ghetto' situation you seem to be in.
Get a life and start doing good stuff instead of calling deans bad names.

Challange the ticket. There should be a way listed on the ticket. Because the street and in most places even the sidewalk in front of the school (on the school side of the street) isn't part of school property, let alone the other side of the road.

Depending.... Where I went to school I would cross the street to go smoke. I got in trouble for it even though I wasn't on school grounds( I was18) but I was still in the school "zone". I had to go two blocks away to get out of the "zone". If you think you might have been wronged I would take it up the the Board of Education about how you feel your vp is treating you.

It does not sound like it is school property. They may of told the cops you were on school property but then went back across the street or something just trying to get you in more trouble...they just may of lied. If they did it once I am sure they will do it again. I would be careful not to get in any more trouble because it will probley just get worse.

As long as you are not on the block that the school is on, such as you say on the opposite side of the street you are not on school property. You can smoke across the street because that is not school property. So, there you go.

sounds like you were referred to an alternative school for 18 weeks. you need to be going to the school you were referred to otherwise you will not be back at the school you are harrassing.
when kids are suspended at our school (or referred out to an alternative school) the children are not allowed to come within 100 yrds of the school.
why not put your energies into completing your education instead of causing problems with the dean at your school?

Your suspension might have some restrictions on it -- like 'cannot be within 200 feet of the school'. Have your parents call and find out what the restrictions are.
