I am making a 6 gallon batch of Riesling wine at home. It is in the final stage of clearing, and the alcohol content is approx. 10%. Just before racking into the bottles, is it safe to add a nice vodka to the batch to increase the alcohol content? Would this effect the wine in any manner that would make it unsafe to drink after it is aged?

Adding vodka would just dry the reisling out. I wouldn't do it.
