I read somewhere that they speak Aramaic. Do they speak Arabic as well (or speak only Arabic)?

They speak Arabic, as Aramaic is a dead language, it is no longer in use. Here's a little more info on Arab Christians:

Hope it helps! Good luck!

no one speaks Aramaic except Mel Gibson in the modern world. many of the Arab Christians are from Bedouin Arabian tribes and of course they speak Arabic.

Of course. No one speaks Aramaic as a primary language. It's like Latin and Yiddish, in that way.

They're completely the same in culture and language except for the religion. Some retain older traditions that predate Islam or Christianity though. It's all the same.

are not 'Allah' and 'Elohim' from an identical root? 'Elohim' is gods/G-d. i might want to have theory 'Allah' is a minimum of similar. i do not understand Arabic in spite of the undeniable fact that, very few issues i change into taught alongside the way.
