Why do women like Leap years? Easy! Leap year is another day for her to shop or for YOU to buy her stuff.
I had a girlfriend that was born on the Leap day (Feb 29th).
We would have a huge birthday party for her every four years. Thank God I didn't marry her! Talk about a high maintenance chick!

because women can propose to a man , in years gone by it was the only time a woman would consider asking a man to marry her and if he said yes ,then refused, eg,, said yes as a joke the woman could sue the man , in a court of law
