I was issued an arrest warrant for failure to appear in court (to pay a ticket for not having my license on me). Long before that though, I had planned a trip to Cancun, Mexico with my parents. But at the moment I am jobless and I will not be able to financially take care of that issue till about another month from that. What I want to know though, is if I'll be arrested or will my warrant show up coming or leaving Cancun? THANKS IN ADVANCE.

you may be stopped and arrested at security in the airport you're departing from. I would take care of that ticket anyway possible before I left. Otherwise you might find yourself spending the first weekend of your vacation in a jail cell.

Good luck

Homeland security only screens for warrants of violent crimes not traffic infractions, feel safe and enjoy spring break.
