Yes and no. It depends on a lot of factors. First, what is your hair type? If its really fine, then be really careful about what kind of dye and how long. Second, what kind of dye are you using? If its a semi permanent, then don't sweat it. If its permanent and more than 2 shades from your natural hair color, use caution. You could end up with fried hair and a bad dye job. Third, who is doing it? If you are going to a stylist that you TRUST then you should be fine (and if you aren't theres always the option to sue for damages), but if you have fine and/or thin hair and are doing an at-home kit, then don't stray too far from your natural color.
-Hope this helps

Yes and no.
If you dye again and again, (especially black over blonde and drastic colour changes) eventually your hair will start to lose strength, look ugly etc. and some dyes affect some peoples scalps by interfering with their hair growth ...
Hair can snap and break off with repeated dyeing. Dye damages the hair shaft, but dyeing your hair once or twice won't damage it much, unless they are harsh colour changes, like from black to blonde.

yes and no... on the long run it's not good to agress your hair of course, even though nowaday's products are always more gentle.
What you can try (and there is no risk at all) is colored henna. It's 100% natural and makes your hair stronger and shinny. Don't do this if you have very dry hair though, cause it'll dry it a little bit

i'm not really sure. But if its light dying it probably wont. although when you dye youre hair heavily, you may lose a little. remember, its chemicals youre putting into youre hair.

No... unless you seriously damage it, like by bleaching it too much.
