can you please tell me how i go about getting this my grandfather took this out on me in 1994 i am now 29 i was suppose to get his when i turned 21 she is power of attorney over this do I have to sue her?

See an attorney...she has no right to hold onto any benefit coming to you since your grandfather said you would receive it at age 21

Stock certificates bought by your Grandad would have been in his name. You don't take stock out on someone!

Unless he specified in his will that they are to be given to you, there's not much you can do about it. And for heaven's sake, you don't go around suing your Grandma!!
