I went out of network to a doctor, so my insurance only covered 70% of the cost. Is there a way I can get my doctor to reduce the portion of the bill I owe him?

Talk to the billing department for your doctor about reducing your balance then go to a doctor in your network to lower your medical costs.

no only if they have been doing business fior a very long time with your family they might have a soft spot in their heart for you or your wallet

Maybe, but take your vitamins (esp "C"), fruits and veges. regularly and take a monthly cleansing of your intestines
