I have very fine peach fuzz all over my face - it's light so you can't really see it but I know it's there and it bother's me. I've heard waxing will make it grow back thicker and darker. Is this true? Would you recommend me doing this?

waxing will not make it grow in thicker or darker, in fact over time, the more you wax the less it will grow in (like old women who have overly waxed their eyebrows over years and years and years sometimes just stop growing them back)

Listen I wax my upper lip every month and i can personally tell you that it won't grow back thicker or darker. The excellant thing bout waxing is that it takes a longer period to grow back and when it does it isn't thick but just natural:-} Good Luck In What Ever You Decide To Do!

Waxing actually pull the hair out. Which means it wont grow thicker and darker. If you are afraid, try threading. Threading can be done on face and eyebrow. It can be done in less den 5mins. And it wont grow back easily. If it grows back, it will be the same like before what you have done. Try either waxing or threading.

If it's light peach fuzz then don't mess with it...it does grow back thicker and darker and you will have to do it more and more to keep up with it...my advise: leave it alone.

It grows back the way it was before waxing, as long as you don't use tweezers! then it will turn thicker!
Go for it, i've done it and it feels much neater.

i wouldn't, i am a natural blonde and have peach fuzz on me face too, i would never ever wax it for fear of it growing back prickly and black.

I have done it.. that is an old wives' tale about it growing back like that.

It's not that expensive, go for it.. and get your eyebrows done too while you at it.. why not!
