Trash, the engine is flooded, the only way to fix it would be to desasemble the entire engine down to the bare block and clean out the sludge. This means removing everything, the heads, the pistons, the crank shaft, the cam shaft, the intake, the exhaust manifold, the exhaust, all the electronics are most likely garbage! To have a garage do this it would cost a lot of cash, the car is probably destined for the junk yard.

You car will float, temporarily.

That will hopefully give you time to open a window and get out, before it turns over and sinks.

If it sinks before you have an open window, you will be sitting in your car at the bottom of the river, watching water come in through every nook and cranny, and you would have to break a window to get out, which will be easy, as long as you keep a small sledgehammer under your seat!

Take a deep breath and wait until the car is full of water then simply open the door and swim out. It has to do with the pressure the water exerts on the outside of the car. When the car is full of water the pressure is the same so the door will open easier.

Then you have very little chance of escaping. The water will fill through the cracks of the doors and through your vents. Unless you have one of those magic hammers to break a window or super power to roll down a manual window, good luck escaping.
