Call your local health department and file a report.
Do you have any of the pizza left? I say save it. I don't know if they'll do anything with it, but at least you'll have it.

I'd call the health department, but they (the restaurent) may not be to blame. As popular as Domino's is, their products would come from reputable sources. But if there was a bad batch of cheese, meat, veggies, whatever, it still doesn't come from Domino's...it comes from beyond there--the distributor of the food products. A friend of mine works for the health department, and while they do check out the restaurant, and make sure they're up to par, they always find the culprit to be an outside source--likely a distributor of their products.

Number one don't go back.

Number two (i'm sure you already had that)...I would call the health department and report them. Have you talked with the manager of the pizza place? Or even the owner?

Good LucK!!!

Call the Health Department in your county and report them! I did in a few cases. They go in a check them to see if the are keeping things up like they should.
