im about 99% sure!
When i first learned to pray, i prayed to be baptized in the holy spirit. Very soon after that if not that week, or the next day! i came home from school and layed down on my bed and an Angel appeared in my room.
Almost ten years later I found out that receiving the "gift" of the holy ghost is a greater promise, so i prayed again and asked for it. I received 3 greater visions of Jesus. So the visions i saw PROVE to me that Jesus, the messiah, is a real gospel. For the most part, i believe the gospel is true as far religious doctrine is concerned.

If you believe what is in all your history books, then you should believe what is in the Bible. It is a huge history book; written by REAL people; just like you and me. How anyone can deny the truth of it, is beyond me. Archeologists are constantly finding information from all our past; including what is written in the Bible. I have a wondrful book called The Lion Encyclopedia of the Bible, Published by the Reader's Digest Association. It's not a real new book but it tell you basically everything you want to know; how the books were written, who wrote them, how all our religions came to be, the cultures, archeology, etc., etc.

Something turned the Roman Empire on it's head in just 200 years.

If it were based on fiction, it would be the scam of all time.

Even Nero felt threatened by Christianity only 30 years after Jesus died. Not bad for a fish-smelling holy man from the fringes of the empire who was executed for sedition.

Evidence that demands a verdict is an exhaustive book serious that includes a lot of historical research which irrefutably proves Jesus Christ walked this earth and is exactly who he claimed to be. Be warned this is not light study and you could spend years on the subject and not reach the end.

For more easy reading check out The Case for Christ. Lee Strobel set out to disprove Christ and was overwhelmed by the evidence in favor and it turned him around. http://www.amazon.com/Case-Christ-Journalists-Personal-Investigation/dp/0310209307/ref=pd_sim_b_2/102-7880857-2828900
