I get realy nerves when I have to play my instrument in front of my class mates and I start shaking and get nauseous. Doses anyone have an idea?! Plz help!!

I have this every time when I'm about go on stage and perform but you can't really help it to be honest.
I shake like CRAZY my hands literally are jelly and I feel really ill but I try to take deep breaths.
This works for me: I close my eyes for a moment and breath really deeply filling my lungs completely, waiting for a moment (holding my breath) to feel the calmness, and blow out through my mouth. Then I open my eyes and shake all my limbs out then I feel prepared to go on stage.
The show must go on!!!

Don't be nervous. I know what you mean. I get like that when I have to speak to a large group of people. This is what you do take deep breaths and think about what if they were you. Put yourself in the audience and take the attention off of you. Ask the teacher if you can play in the middle of the class instead of the front t even the back that way you can warm up to the atmosphere.

Breathe. Proper Preparation Prevents Poor Performance. Feelings arise from thoughts and thoughts can be controlled. Imagine everyone in their underwear. That may not help with the nausea. Pick out one person and perform to that person. Breathe.

Things like that always happan to me. Just think about somthing fun or rewards you might get or all the attension is going to make you famouse.

Think of this: Everyone has got to do it. Plus don't always think of the crowd, think of what you are about to do. Try to relax.
