It's very simple. If you don't tell him, he will never know, and you will regret it later. You don't necessarily have to come out and say 'I like you' if you think it will scare him away, but you can compliment things he does or qualities you like about him - a very simple way of letting someone know that you like them and have an interest in them. If he likes you too, he will continue the conversation and you're on your way!

If it's someone you don't know prefer showing to him than telling it to him. . .try looking him straight in the eye and wait till you catch his eye.If it's someone you do know then go ahead girl and tell him what do you have to lose?Go for it and you won't regret it!Good Luck!
