We have a Supervisor Training Program that we require trainees to test every 21 days. We keep track of when each person needs to test in Excel. Each person's name is in one cell, the name of the book they are testing on is in another, and finally the test date is in a third cell. Is there a way to link this information to Outlook in the form of a task, meeting, or appointment?

Once you saved your Excel file as CSV (I recommand CSV) you can import it in outlook into any folder.
