without causing a huge scene?

You know how those youngsters can be.... we've been playing for years and take our Bingo very seriously. Now these kids are coming in almost every week.

One of the kids bangs his marker so hard on his card that the whole table shakes, one time the marker actually exploded and ink went everywhere - even hit the wall!

Another time, this guy and girl took turns dabbing EACH OTHER until they were completely covered in ink.

Worst of all, they purposely knock down people's collections of dabbers or good luck charms in a very sneaky "accidental looking" way.

We are fed up, but don't know what to do ... we are afraid if we say something, they'll get mad at us and rob us in the parking lot if we win ... as it is we're already afraid they would rob us anyway.

This used to be a proper activity in a proper town with upstanding citizens, how did we rid it of these vermon?

Every place that condutc Bingo has a set of guidelines. If these guidelines are broke those people who broke them should not be allowed back in. My Mom calls VFW Bingo and that is how it is there.

I would first try to be tolerant, as it appears that you are trying to be. Having their respect is more important than anything else in this case. It is probably all right that they are having a bit of fun. Marking someone with a bingo marker is childish, but not really a bad thing... it might even be a little bit lighthearted and energetic. These are good things.

However, the other things that they are doing are not acceptable. I would talk to perhaps one of them if you can (the best of them) as a community of bingo players and just say something like, "we really like that you have taking an interest in bingo and enjoy seeing you all here, but it would be nice if some of your friends would take it a little more seriously. this game is important to many people here, and we would like to show a certain amount of respect for them." Or something along those lines. If you can though, it might be a nice idea to get to know them. It them becomes much easier, and subtle, to make friendly suggestions. With their respect you will have the power to make them want to behave better.

I would talk to the people in charge of the bingo. they could tell these younger people to be a little more considerate or the would have to stay out. im surprised they havent already considering the ruckus youve explained. they are probably just having fun though and dont realize that they may be disturbing the serious bingo players. Dont forget.what it was like being young. Just leave it on the hands of whoever is in charge of bingo but tell them you concerns.

You AND others need to tell the bingo hosts or establishment that is behavior will not be tolerated and threaten to take your business away from them.

The hosts of this Bingo must be idiots if they have not see what is going on and addressed the issue already. Why must the younger people always show their true annoying colors and then demand respect for simply "being"?!! I say smack that little pricks upside the head and boot them out. ha ha... MY way usually involves the police... : )

well, maybe they are intimidated, or just taking the mickey out of people who take it too seriously. i went to bingo thinking it would be fun, instead i was confronted with unfriendly stony faced players for the heinous crime of asking for a dabber. even a whisper of 'what was that last number?' attracted icy glares. but it seems that they are being unnecessarily rude. perhaps try to be friendly first and have a polite word. if that doesn't work, talk to the staff to see if they can do anything

KISS and Bret Michaels are the only 2 bands/musicians that i will think of of. i've got not incredibly been partial to KISS or Bret Michales, and extremely surely, i think of the two have been slightly overvalued in the path of the years. KISS did have some super songs, yet over all they simply weren't a super band for my section. Poison had even fewer sturdy songs than KISS. the customary Joe could in all threat in basic terms call "each Rose has it incredibly is Thorn", "not something yet a sturdy time", and "talk grimy to me". "talk grimy to me" specifically through fact of Guitar Hero. different than those, i can't think of of any that I prefer might get out of the music company. in maximum situations, if a band has been around for 20+ years and nonetheless able to merchandising albums, they're fairly super musicians and should not supply up.

well if you all know each other then all you have to do is come together and report them to the people that run the bingo and tell them that you are not going to put up with the abuse (and that is what it is) and if they don't do anything about it you will report them to the state licensing agency and file a complaint with them and then if you have to file a police report. but you have to do it together and just tell it like it is.

well if you really feel that these kids are doing it on purpose and not just to be obnoxious than you guys should rally together and stand up or possibly even go to the bingo committee if there is any.

the people that are in charge of running the game should make them stop or not let them back in. where i play bingo there is always a police officer there.

Who runs the bingo parlor? Get a bunch of the other regulars together and go in and talk to them and ask them to ban them or talk to them.
