I like turkey sausage--I can't really taste the difference when all is said and done. It's like ground turkey vs. ground beef....similar, but...easily substituable without much problem.

Depends on what sausage you're referring to. The turkey italian sausage is great--spicy and very flavorful. I can't tell the difference between that and regular italian sausage. BUT...the turkey breakfast links/patties do taste different, but they're still good. I buy the Honeysuckle brand...they've come a long way in making their turkey products good! :)

I like the breakfast links as well as the Italian Dinner links. They are good I wouldn't say they actually taste the same. The savings in fat and calories is amazing.
