I'm looking to buy a used SUV thats decent on gas mileage, i'm not looking for a tank. Something around the size of a Ford Escape to the size of the old ford explorer. Not too expenseive either, under 20,000 preferably. Also the car would have to have under 80,000 miles on nit. does anyone have any car suggestions?

The Chevrolet Trailblazer that isn't a tank, gets amazing fuel economy and doesn't have a lot of factory repair issues. I might add they ride as well as any full size automobile. Skip Land Rovers. They ride like an old pickup and you can't see over the stack of customer complaints. The small Fords are quite nice also. Chrysler's SUV'S have a hefty repair trail also. The resale of the Dodge and Chrysler's in the US. the poorest also.
