What is the best blender with ice crushing capability that I can buy for around £30?

Want something easy to use, dishwasher safe and with ice crushing function. Have looked at the magic bullet but too expensive and reviews are rubbish.

i bought my phillips essence off ebay for £30, and it does everything but the dishes!!!!!!!!! fantastic......
