No, a whole apple has more fiber, and more nutrients in the skin. And a whole apple might taste sweeter naturally than unsweetened apple sauce! Not to mention that the fiber might make you feel satisfied for longer.

It's best to just eat the apple. It hasn't been processed and does not have as much sugar.
