I can move my toe and nothing feels wrong but when I feel the skin, it feels NUMB! why is that??

You may have damaged a nerve. Rub your foot and soak it in hot water to bring the circulation up to where it is numb. Don't wear high heels for a while and when you do, get some that are large enough.
If the toe does not get better on its own, say in a week or so, go to the doctor.

Sounds like a circulation issue. If the pain doesn't go away U must see a doctor. It could be more serious than U think. Not to alarm U but U should search foot pain with Google search & U can diagnose Ur symtoms to get a better idea what the problem could be. Hope I gave U something to think about.

You probably put too much pressure on it for too long and irritated the nerves. It should come back after a few days. That happened to my tongue after I had my tonsils out because the retractor was too small. The doc said no worries. It will come back and it did.

that's the wonder of wearing heels, maybe they are too tight!
