This is a german word. Does anybody know a translation for it? An italian one?

Now, what i am exactly looking for is the italian word or expression for it... it ist terrible when you can't say something in your mother tongue...

Literally it means "schnapps number" or "liquor number". It is a number that contains only identical digits like 555, 11 or 3333. I don't think there is an English word for this, and I have no idea about Italian.

The dictionary explanation is: "multidigit number with all digits identical"

The origin is probably that if someone is drunk he might see numbers twofold.
