Its not about the taste. It's about knowing that there were no chemicals or unnatural products fed to the animals whose milk you are drinking. It's about knowing what you are putting into your body, which is certainly worth the price, if you can afford it.

Actually I grew up on Organic, unpasteurized, unfortified milk and I buy it whenever I can! It is so tasty and creamy a real taste memory. I settle for the commercial Organic to limit the amount of chemicals my family gets in their food but any chance I get I go for the good stuff.

While I can't tell the differance with organic veggies, I can with dairy, I love organic milk and cheese. I think it tastes way better. And it's not just "chemicals" you are getting with dairy, it's bovine growth hormone, which it is horrid and disgusting the way the give the poor cows hormones to keep them lactating, and cow hormones are not for people, and people don't realize these hormones effect us.

yes, whenever possible i buy organic milk.
i personally believe that the increase in cancer and other hormone driven diseases has to do with the amount of growth hormone that we are fed in any product coming from a non-organic cow (in otherwords, a cow that is injected with hormones and antibiotics to produce a leaner, quicker to market animal).
i think it is totally worth the difference in price, if for no other reason it makes me feel like i am making a healthier choice for my family.
