i'd say rest for 3 days at least, with minimal workouts such as rope skipping. u shd b feeling no strain at all on ur body. tts when its in the best condition to fight. ur body isnt gonna let u down just bcos u didnt train the last couple of days before fight day. its the conditioning weeks before ur fight tt reali matters.

If you have a full week to train. The most important thing to do is rest. 3 out of seven days you should train and eat Healthy as you can. M W F Train and every other day rest. And the day before the fight make sure you have a good run allday.

If you've trained for the past couple of week then I think you should rest.
The fighters at my gym fight train 4 nights a week for 3-4 weeks & rest for 3-5 days before their fight.

You should train tonight - light, tomorrow - medium heavy, and Thursday just do something to warm-up your muscles to reach a good breathing rhythm. You want to train at the same time your match will take place.
Good Luck!!
