I've been where you are at many times before do I tell him? or do I not? What if he does not like me? What if I make a fool outta myself?etc. The only way to go about this is just to tell him you like him don't worry about anything elese. If he does like you and you never say anything then you could have missed out on a good thing and never even knew and you'll always wonder what would have happend if I would have just told him how I feel and that can be worse then this problem. You'll never know untill you try thats a good thery to live by so go for it and see what happens. If he does not like you back don't worry about it's probably for a good reason anyhow and you will find somone one day who will like you. Good luck

Go for it! Being direct is the best way, at least you'll know right away if he likes you. Waiting only makes you overthink the situation & make it more complicated than it needs to be.
