I have used cortisone and Cetaphil Lotion.

I've tried many things and some of the products even burned and made it worse.

I found personally that the above two work best for me. My dermatologist recommended Cetaphil and I've used it for years.

i've had eczema my whole life im 22 and had it since i was a kid... i had it behind my ears really baaad! but that seemed to go away as i grew up but i still have it inside my ears and under my arms sometimes... theres a cream that i buy without prescription its called mazon and u can buy the soap like it too its kinda stinky but it works it takes it away within a day or two but to prevent it from comming back u should keep using it every once ina while.... the cortizone or however u spell it the doc's told me that if i kept using it my skin would kinda immune to it and it wouldent work after a while but The mazon works pretty good for me.... i also heard commercials on the radio about this stuff called skin zinc .... try searching it :) good luck!

I was told to use Hydrocortisone. If that doesn't provide any relief, then you might need to go to the doc for a RX.
I agree with Gina, that helps alot also.

I have to second the vaseline. It's not a cure, but a relief.
