I have just given up drinking anything with carbonation.
IT IS SURPRISINGLY HARD TO DO!
Just go cold turkey - the first week was really hard but I am not craving it as much anymore.
:)

I did this, but with Diet-Coke. First get rid of what you have at home. Second, when you feel like getting some, grab some water. I found the hardest times to go without were in the morning and the commute. To help with that I always grabbed an extra bottle of water before I'd leave. It's kind of hard to get used to drinking water all the time, but you'll feel alot better after a week or so. I was amazed.
O, and if you feel the caffeine craze get a bit rough, get some chewable Vitamin C.

I've often wondered this myself. Then I realized how much I love Coca Cola, and I decided to quit trying. I just try to drink a lot more water too, so maybe it'll even out. Good Luck!

incredibly. Coca-Cola or the various mushy drink for that rely isn't something yet organic and organic sugar and empty means. One bottle could incredibly contain around 3 hundred means and 50 grams of sugar! initiate ingesting greater advantageous water and the two get rid of all sodas or drink them very sparingly and you will see you will start to shed some kilos.

I would say start drinking tea sans the sugar. I read a health book that said in America our diets are out of balance with too much emphasis being on sweets. That's no shocker, but he said that if we balance the palate like in the east, with more bitter foods to replace some of the sweet foods we'll become healthier. So I tried freezing green tea without sugar and at 1st it sucked but after a couple of days I started to enjoy it. Of course it tastes nothing like Coke but it's really healthy.

You may want to wean yourself offf of it b/c if you stop all of a sudden you experience headaches. I have known people who have been "addicted" to pepsi but Coca Cola is probably the same...

Drink TONS of water to keep yourself hydrated. Supplement with diet soda if you have to for cravings. its hard but just go cold turkey and don't drink it. within 2 weeks of not having it youll taste it and be amazed at how overly sweet it tastes!

It might be better for you if you "cut it" with water. Try a 50:50 mix of water and coke, or coke and seltzer. You can cut the calories in half.
