Does anyone have the form that shows how much your refund is going to be base on how much you made this year?

There are too many other things that go into it for there to be an answer based just on what you made.

Refund is taxes withheld minus taxes owed, plus any refundable credits.

Taxes owed depends not just on how much you made, but also your marital status, dependents and their age, deductions, adjustments, credits, your age, and a few other things.

It's called a tax form -- Form 1040, 1040A, or 1040EZ. Fill them out and you'll know the answer to your question.
