Rajju, sounds like u r indian wanting an arranged marriage (because alot of couples end up meeting at a Holi festival). Under your circumstances, you should at least learn what family she comes from, if she is already engaged, or if she ready to be in be married before you propose to her. You should at least get to know someone for 6 months. Get her number first, go on dates (if your family allows), and talk to your parents.
