It can mean a lot of things---depending upon who is saying it in what context. But I think it means that this individual has his own way of addressing issues and solving them, and prioritizing them, and sometimes bureaucratic process takes a "no-risk" attitude, never wants to try anything new, so problems get solved the same old beaten track way. Which is why corporate America is now considered low on the pole of ethics, good citizenry and is first in greed, self-promotion.

One quick example---how many annual reports have you seen where the CEO has admitted to making a mistake, any mistake---NONE! The same tired atttidue drives Corporate America, which is to say, don't go outside the box, do the safe thing, do the PC thing, don't upset apple carts. . . . .get it!

all through time people have been stereo typed. by there clothing and there beliefs.we as a society have to quit doing this it is time for a change. because so many people that want to be individuals are beaning labeled as freaks because they do not want to dress the way society expects them to.And i have met and talked to some of these people and they are the kindest people you will ever know

if you refuse to be labeled or branded it is commendable. Just keep in mind that you will pay for it.
