She knows all about me now. We are quite close of friends. We grow close talk about being more than friends and decide not to. We have gone through this cycle now four times with the time in between growing smaller. Should I try loving and being in a relationship with her?

Dude don't even bother, because you might actually make a real connection with this girl and you might end up dating and having a great time....why would you want that? it would be much better for you to just pine away for her in silence and never think about actually achieving anything with her.
You don't want to be happy do you?

I wouldn't recommend that, you'll end up losing the friendship you have.You should remain "good" friends & pursue other romantic relationships.

if she knows that you like her and doesnt do anything to try to be in a relationship with you than she probably doesnt like you like that....but hey, either way, try it out and see...i could be reading it all wrong. Whats the worst she could say? "Im not into you"?

:sniff sniff: this makes me think of my own love life. seriously its hard to wanna date a friend. if things dont work out it makes everything that much more awkward. i say leave the romance out of it. it complicates everything.
