What's all that mean?

Well, this guy sent me a picture of his "boy" on my cell. We've been in relationship, then broke up. We were talking on the phone the other night and when the things were getting really hot-hot, I got a picture from him. What's all that mean, could you explain?

it probably means hes intrested in you again but take it slow and dont rush into anything because if hes thinking about it hes not sure yet and assuptions that hes ready could cause him to back out
