whats up with dog years?

i can never find out dog years and how they work! can someone help me out?

There are different charts out there. All I did was type in the search bar, "dog years to human years" and I came up with a lot of links. One I found is, http://www.dogpack.com/misc/dogyears.htm... i have used it before. I know a lot of people think that it goes by 7 but it just doesn't. it goes by the weight, age, health, etc. of the actual dog. I hope the link helps you out.
