I think you should embrace your sensitivity. If you are allowing your feelings to be hurt - then it's important to remember that what others say and do is not about you it's about THEM. Otherwise - if you're just crying over movies and tv commercials and the beauty of a flock of birds in the sky - there is NOTHING wrong with that. In fact - it means you are in touch - and you are appreciative of beauty. Sensitivity is a wonderful thing. Be happy that you are able to feel things so easily. It's great! Embrace it!

Me too - I can cry over commercials, movies, shows, and have even cried because I thought one of my fish was out to kill the other and once because my dog chased my cat (ridiculous I know.....lol). I also go from happy-go-lucky to peeved off in less than a blink of an eye because of something said to me which hurts my feelings, even though it wasn't meant to hurt me. Some of us are just that way..........sensitive. I look at my sensitivity this way. God gave me this because he knew I was strong enough to handle things that someone else might not have been able to handle, therefore I am more sensitive than others. That thought usually keeps me happy enough....lol.

cause your a little *****.. lol - just joking with you.
it's good that you can see your sensitivity, and it's not completely a bad thing, you should just try to analyze what makes you so upset or maybe talk to a shrink or friend about your feelings, maybe you just see things worse then they really are or over-react. take things one at a time, breathe and maybe think before you react or cry.
good luck

if you feel tearful often without any reason, it is one of the symptoms of depression. TSuch as if you cry over things that you know you shouldn't or haven't before or you know it shouldn't affect you that extent, as when you just breakdown over something very silly.
