I would give most of it away...family charities and church.
I would put some away for my kids college..pay for my college.
Put some more away for my kids.
Get a nice house on a piece of land in Wimberly, Tx fitting for a family of 4 with a guest bedroom..nothing too expensive.
Buy a shop downtown for my wife to operate.
Take a vacation.
By two cars a Jeep 4x4 the way i like it and what ever she wanted.
and pay taxes.
I would not go out and act retarded spending every cent on everything I did not need. Including an accountant.

It all depends on the amount, but I have 3 brothers my wife has 1 brother and 4 sisters and I would bring them in with me and split between us 9. From here on I would challenge all of them to go into a shelter and look for a family with young children and help them by getting them a home and we would pay for it. That would be 9 families that we would help and I would try to do that every year.

First of all I would buy a nice house in the country.
Then I would buy a luxury flat in London
Then I would buy my Mothers flat so she would not have any worries about where she is going to live.
Then I would spend most of my time hanging around my luxury pad trying to figure out how I managed to win something I have never entered.

I'd make an appointment with a lawyer who specializes in finances. I would make gifts to my brothers and sisters. I would figure out what I could live comfortably on and how to invest the rest so that I could live off from it for the rest of my life. Then I would decide how to divide up what would be available when I died.

Depends on how much I won...obviously.
If it was a scratch off and I won another scratch off i would turn it in for the free scratch off...that is if I cared...time is worth money.
If it was for 1000 I would use it to pay down some cc debt.
If it was for 1000000, I would just stick it in a high yeild savings account and live off the interest.

*design and build my own house (not in the city because of the regulations)
*buy my wife a building so that she could start a preschool.
*set up a foundation to help kids get better in math and reading
*pay off the mortgages for my sister and my wife's sister
*go back to my old job because it was fun but the pay was crap
*spend my free time helping people rebuild in hurricane / flood / tornado afflicted areas
*redevelop some rundown areas of town

Tear down this house and build a new one right here. Pay off all my credit cards and destroy them. Then I would pay of my mom's bills and build a new house for my inlaws. I would like to say I would donate some, but I don't know if I can honestly say I would or not. I'm selfish.

I would give a lot to my family back in Europe. I would donate to charities of course. Buy a bigger house and a nicer car. I wouldn't go all crazy like some people. Modesty is my way of looking at it.
