The Bible says that those who are unjustified, yet call others a fool, are in danger of judgement and hellfire.

If God judges, does that mean God is to be judged? NO!
If ~I~ judge, that does mean I will be judged, and by the same standard (if I cheated someone, I may be cheated).

If the Bible says those who do not believe in God are fools, they are. The Bible is justified by God. Therefore, it has the ability to teach.
(remembering, of course, that the Bible is simply a collection of books and letters written by the justified).

Jesus, my friend, is in no danger of hellfire. He is justified.

You are trying oversimplify theology. You need to read and study the context of these unrelated verses. The danger when reading the Bible out of context is you don’t see the whole picture and can then make the Bible say whatever you want it to say. This is what most cult groups do and strangely Atheists famously read the Bible completely out of context as well. If you really want to understand the Bible it won't be as simple as reading a few verses and drawing a conclusion. Where you are going wrong with your assumption is that God is not name calling, which is what is prohibited in the other unrelated verse. You are adding 2+2 and getting 5.

While the King James version from which you quote the scriptures uses the word "fool" in both places, they are different words in the original languages. Those who do not believe in God are fools in the sense of guessing their intelligence.

While the word that Jesus used ("Raca") was a term of extreme comtempt. Does not mean "idiot', but rather is calling someone dirty, sinful, diseased, a dog. etc. Has nothing to do with their intelligence level. Today, it would be like calling them a "four letter", racist, obscene name.

So they two are very different things in the scriptures.

no.

"fool" in that context is a term of contempt. It's used kinda like insulting God, as you're insulting His creation. A person, as you stated, is only a fool if they're an atheist.

generally, insulting someone isn't a good idea, cuz it's not loving your neighbour, and is therefore kinda sinful. But don't be too scared. If your friend's making a stupid comment and you jokingly call him an idiot, no real wrong there.

Once again you compare Jesus with man- Jesus is GOD! People really need to sit back and take away their pride and humble themselves and realize that God is God- and we are not!
God has the right to call someone a fool, He is God! And when he calls someone a fool, it is righteous for Him to do so. Like when you were a kid- you're parents were in charge yes? And you were to honor them- yes? Just as it is with God, we are to honor and obey Him- and Jesus is not us- therefore no he is not in danger of hellfire as you put it. He tells us not to call others fools, and He also tells us that HE IS THE ONE TO JUDGE. That is why we are not to judge others- but we are to leave it to God.

Jesus is perfect therefore he can judge anyone He feels like...and the bible didnt write itself, so you would have to go back and see who wrote that verse and then ask this question again.

No the bible cannot go to hell, it is a book, not a living soul

And no Jesus is not in danger because the bible also says let he who is without sin cast the first stone.

Jesus is without sin.
