Safest way is, ur car is not very old so it cant have many previous owners. One thing u can do is check ur number plates and see if the origional garage details r on the plates. One good thing though, U now can narrow ur search by finding out where the SW plates come from and u may be in luck to find out that it is either only one or a small handfull of garages that have been allocated the SW prefix. Once u find the dealer u will be asked lots of questions for security or they may ask u to visit and bring identity and log book , once happy that u own the car, they will give u the codes. AS long as the radio is the origional.

U can take it to many places to have it decoded, look in yellow pages.

Your Vauxhall main agent can get the code from your car's manufacturing record. They need to know things like the VIN. It took 2 days for them to get an answer from General Motors. Our dealer didn't charge for this but I believe some do.
