You need to have Sussex hens put to a Rhodie male to get sexable chicks.
Males have grey/yellow down. Females are reddish.

Do you mean auto-sexing? As in males-red, females- white? I'm afraid it is not so with these two breeds. Try legbars- they are auto sexing- there are a few other breeds too.
