Garlic, doesn't just come out in your breath, it come out through your pores too.

Some say chewing on fresh parsley helps, but if you want to eat garlic, then be prepared for the smell

I have wondered this too. Even the day after eating garlic I can still smell it on my own breath.

They say chew parsley - but i never have any handy to munch on unfortunately - don't know if i would want to either!!! So i try to brush my teeth often - if possible!! or just chew on gum. Me and my friend usually have a packet of chewits or cherry drops stuffed in our desk somewhere to get rid of wiffy breath too!!
