His main target is the Christians, in order to get them away from God. I think he also targets the unbelievers because he wants everyone against God.

Satan will always be at war with God, until he is cast into the Lake of Fire with all other sinners. Satan will be the first to be thrown in.

He fights agaist those who follow Christ. Very Few can be considered Christan since they don't follow his teachings.
