I think it has been well-put this way about a lot of companies: They don't care.

Try phoning at non peak times... Been with them for 2 years now and always had great service. They even call back if you ask!!

i think its cos they are the worst network,
i found that they are quick to demand payment and threaten you with debt collectors etc.
i have just paid 347 pound to them for a phone bill which i shouldnt have!!!
i spoke to an advisor who was shocked when i said " oh its not that bad " when she told me my bill would be 100 ish,
so how come the next week my bill was over 300?
they are a bump

disgusting customer services like you say no email replys and when you get through on the phone they are next to useless, i have now changed to t-mobile and have had no problems with them.

Poor Management, I've changed from them to Bt. Bt have been very quick to answer all my queries, on or offline
